Bradford Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870\n\n\n\n\nPresented by the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center Network (OCIE SBDC) in collaboration with the City of Placentia and the Placentia Chamber of Commerce, Level Up: Restaurant and Retail Edition is a program designed to empower food, beverage, and retail business owners with the tools to expand confidently.\n\n\n\nKey Focus Areas:\n\n\n\nThis edition targets growth strategies specific to restaurant and retail businesses, including:\n\n\n\n\nIdentifying New Revenue Streams\n\n\n\nExpanding into New Market Segments/Customer Bases\n\n\n\nBuilding and Strengthening Teams\n\n\n\nAcquiring New Equipment and Technology (POS systems, touchscreens, kitchen or store setup)\n\n\n\nConsidering New or Additional Locations\n\n\n\n\nProgram Schedule:\n\n\n\nLevel Up – Restaurant & Retail Edition delivers a practical curriculum, with two in-person sessions and two Zoom sessions, maximizing learning and flexibility.\n\n\n\n\nWeek 1 (In-Person): Mapping Your Growth Plan\n\n\n\n\nEvery growth path has unique challenges.
