Brick by Brick: Retail Startup Program

The Brick by Brick: Retail Startup Program presented to you by the OCIE SBDC in partnership with the city of Anaheim, provides a comprehensive guide for established retailers seeking to expand their operations. The program covers key aspects of business ownership, including the development of performance indicators and competition analysis.

Participants will learn to project cash flow, benchmark financials, explore financing options, and build effective marketing plans with a focus on creating a unique customer experience and establishing a strong digital presence. The curriculum also addresses the utilization of advertising, both paid and non-paid, to drive sales and measures for evaluating advertising success.

The program culminates in a graduation event, recognizing participants’ successful completion and application of the learned concepts in finalizing detailed growth and launch plans tailored to individual business needs.
