  • Lean how cultural dimensions drastically affect business relations across cultures.  

May 5 – CQ Motivation & CQ Knowledge 

  • Discover what ignites and extinguishes one’s drive to engage cross-cultural situations.
  • Find out how to grow cross-cultural confidence, leading to increased business opportunities. 
  • Learn what kinds of cultural knowledge is good for business.
  • Learn how CQ knowledge and strategy benefit team collaboration, exchanging ideas, and trust.

May 12 – CQ Planning & CQ Performance 

  • The importance of planning before, during and after a cross-cultural engagement.   
  • Learn how high CQ planning and performance scores predict leadership performance across team management, communication, adaptability, and success in mergers and acquisitions.   
  • Knowing when you nailed it and when you failed it across cultures.
  • Tips for recovering after a cross-cultural blunder. 

May 19 – The Art of Awareness 

  • Self-Awareness: Learn when and how to turn off the cultural cruise control.
  • Others-Awareness: Gain empathy toward greater appreciation of others and a more relaxed working environment.   
  • Business Awareness: Making sure your company is in control of how the public interprets your message. 

May 26 – How to Develop a CQ Performance Plan 

  • The importance of a detailed company CQ performance plan.
  • Create your personal one month, six month and one-year CQ goals.
  • What your business needs for a healthy, comprehensive and sustainable CQ initiative
