The purpose of this four-part webinar series is to provide small business owners with tools needed to increase sales and customer retention by bringing and expanding their business through a strategic and effective online presence. Through this webinar series, participants will:

  2. Expand their business through an effective ECommerce presence; and
  3. Understand the platforms and tools to deliver on results through solid digital marketing strategies

Webinar Series Overview

Webinar 1 – Your Unique Digital Footprint

Thursday, August 20, 2020 – 6:00pm to 7:30pm

This is the first of four webinars. During this session, you will learn the importance of creating an online presence to increase your sales and to grow your customer base. We will discuss the importance of establishing a digital footprint with the goal to expand your reach and to leverage multiple channels for your business by creating multiple digital opportunities for engagement.

Session will cover:

  • The essentials of being online
  • Long term growth and loyalty
  • The importance of an effective value proposition that brings customers in
  • The key elements to your content strategy
  • The steps to design your unique digital footprint

Webinar 2 – Social Media Platforms and Metrics

Thursday, August 27, 2020 – 6:00pm to 7:30pm

The second webinar in this series will focus on your social media effort, including effective use of social media platforms to expand your reach, allowing you the opportunity to engage your customers with content and showcase your products and services with the goal to build relationships and increase your sales.

Session will cover:

  • Social strategy development
  • Social Media Platforms such as Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more
  • Local directories: Yelp, Google My Business, and more
  • Other channels: NextDoor, Craigslist, and Groupon

Webinar 3 – E-Commerce Solutions

Thursday, September 3, 2020 – 6:00pm to 7:30pm

The third webinar in this series focuses on selecting and/or expanding into the right ecommerce platform for your business. This session will discuss many solutions available as well as criteria to pay attention to while developing your ecommerce business while building towards identifying processes to fulfill orders, choosing packaging solutions and committing to shipping partners.

Session will cover:

  • E-commerce Website platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress and others
  • iPros & Cons for each of the various options
  • Order fulfillment
  • Packaging solutions effective to your needs
  • Shipping partners

Webinar 4 – Selling on Marketplaces

Thursday, September 10, 2020 – 6:00pm to 7:30pm

The fourth webinar in the series focuses on your options among marketplaces. We will present and review several prominent options. During this session, we will discuss specific profitability criteria for every solution while providing recommendations for strategic approaches to effectively use each of the platforms.

Session will cover:

  • Marketplaces

○ Etsy

○ eBay

○ Amazon

  • Profitability and Pros & Cons for each option

Participants will be assigned for no cost 1:1 consulting as part of this program.
