Thursday, July 27 | Building Teaming Agreements | 10 a.m. – Noon

At times, a contract may require greater capacity, capability, or experience than found within your company. In these cases, building teaming agreements can be a great solution. A contractor team arrangement enables two or more companies to form a partnership or joint venture, with one acting as a potential prime contractor while one or more other companies may serve as subcontractors under a specified contract or acquisition program.

Thursday, August 3 | Subcontracting Strategy and Opportunities | 10 a.m. – Noon

Subcontracting on a government/utility contract can be lucrative, but you first need a plan. In the final session of this series, we will cover the importance of subcontracting plans for government/utility contracts and the role of the Subcontractor, Prime Contractors, and Contracting Officer. Learn about the importance of subcontracting from an experienced subcontractor and how a small business can break into government/utility contracting through a subcontract vehicle without dealing with the agency directly.
