Manal is the director of the CSUF North Small Business Development Center, one of nine centers under the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center, a program offering no-cost assistance to small business owners and entrepreneurs to help them start and grow their businesses, through growth planning, startup assistance, marketing strategies, access to capital, building their teams and more. Manal is also a business owner. She has founded multiple businesses, including The MarCom Network, a marketing, and creative consultancy firm, which helps small businesses build exposure and increase their sales. Manal has BA in communications and advertising from CSUF and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
