The Strategic Growth Blueprint: Fueling Next-Level Success with AI and Strategic Innovation

Thursdays: May 14 – June 04, 2026 I 10 – 11:30 a.m.

Most small business owners constantly ask: “How do I get to the next level?” Whether that means increasing revenue from current customers, capturing new market share, or simply optimizing costs to improve the bottom line, the goal is growth. But the reality is that most owners are already maxed out, wishing for a “26th hour” in the day just to get it all done.

This course bridges the gap between ambition and capacity. It provides a roadmap for a foundational business strategy while teaching you how to leverage Artificial Intelligence and the strategic planning process to fuel it. We move beyond the hype to focus on measurable outcomes: finding hidden revenue, speeding up new product launches, and automating the busy work that holds you back. You will walk away with a clear strategy to multiply your output, empower your staff, and build a more profitable, resilient business.
