Website Basics for Small Businesses- Intermediate Topics

Whether you are a small business owner or an entrepreneur working from home, a website is critically important in today’s digital ecosystem. A website allows you to tell the world about your business, sell your products and services, interact with your customers and much more. So, you know the basics. We’ve chosen a platform and done some basic building. What’s next?
In this webinar series, we’ll teach you how to take your website from the basic build and turn it into a conversion machine; Learn how to build your website to generate leads and convert sales, read and understand your analytics reports, which third-party platforms might be useful to your business, technical and content SEO, keyword research, and more.

Session 1: The functional website
We’ve built a website, and now it’s live. Great! Now what?
In session 1, we’ll break down what makes the difference between a functional information site to something that can actually drive sales.

Session 2: Using data to drive our decisions
Our website isn’t doing what we want it to do; people aren’t clicking on buttons, people aren’t contacting the business. What data and which KPI’s should we look at to inform our changes, and what does this information provide for us?

Session 3: Creating meaningful and impactful content (plus bonus SEO topics!)
The website is easy to use and when people visit it, they know what to do. So, how do we get people to actually visit? In this session, we’ll talk about how to increase your presence using content marketing, and how many tools come together and interact to make your website visible to others.
