Rachel Neeley is currently the Associate Director of Marketing and Economic Development for the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network where she oversees marketing initiatives and branding for seven locations across three counties, and implements regional economic development projects. Mrs. Neeley was formerly the Regional Marketing Coordinator for the Los Angeles Regional SBDC Network Lead Center, a position she held since 2013 where she collaborated with California SBDC Directors on private partnership and strategic branding opportunities throughout the state. In 2014, she was awarded the national “State Star” award by America’s SBDC, recognizing her exemplary performance and contributions to the Los Angeles SBDC Network program. Prior to joining the Lead Center, she served as Senior Program Specialist International Trade for the Long Beach SBDC and Center for International Trade Development where she helped conceptualize and manage three trade delegations to Italy and the United Arab Emirates for more than 34 California small businesses resulting in more than $80 million in exports. She has worked in various small businesses since 2007.
Rachel received a B.A. in Political Science in 2010 from the University of California at Los Angeles.
