- Path 2: Build Your Online Presence – For established businesses with little to no online presence, this accelerated path will equip you with the tools and strategies to bring your business online and make an impact.
- Path 3: Join the Digital Community – Already have an online presence? This path is for established businesses that want to expand their reach by joining CA Shop Small and connecting with a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
The first weeks will focus on foundational skills for launching online ventures (Path 1), with specialized sessions for Path 2 and Path 3 participants to seamlessly integrate into the program, enhancing their existing operations with proven online growth strategies. No matter where you are on your journey, this program offers actionable steps to help you launch, grow, and thrive in today’s digital marketplace.

- Week 1 (July 1 – July 3): Introduction to Online Business
- Week 2 (July 8 – July 10): Product Sourcing and Pricing
- Week 3 (July 15 – July 17): Store Setup and Branding
- Week 4 (July 22 – July 24): Payment, Shipping, and Inventory Management
- Week 5 (July 29 – July 31): Marketplace Guidelines and Marketing Launch
- Week 6 (August 5 – August 7): Review and Final Setup
- Week 7 (August 12): Virtual Launch Party, Live Q&A, and Networking
This 7-week program begins on July 1, 2025, with live, interactive sessions and optional hands-on workshops to deepen your skills. The schedule allows for flexibility:
- Pre-Ventures: Attend all sessions from Week 1.
- Established Businesses (New to Online): Start in Week 3 (July 15).
- Established Businesses (Already Online): Join from Week 4 (July 22) to leverage marketplace strategies and join the CA Shop Small community.
