Interested in starting your own business? SBDC Start is a startup webinar series designed to teach you how! In just six weeks, you’ll gain the necessary information and skills needed to start your very own business! At the completion of the program, eligible participants can apply for a County of Riverside Thrive grant of $2,500. Limited grants available. First come, first served basis.

– Exploring funding options and preparing for capital access
Week 4: Financial Management – (August 7th)
– Managing your business finances
– Setting up accounting systems and understanding accounts
Week 5: Business Planning and Research – (August 14th)
– Conducting market research
– Testing feasibility and developing your business plan
Week 6: Financial Projections & Support – (August 21st)
– Creating financial projections
– Next steps in your entrepreneurial journey
