SBDC Finance Center in partnership with Lendistry

We’re Here to Help

In partnership with Lendistry, the SBDC is excited to help find financing options for your business. At the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), we offer no cost, no catch consulting to small businesses as we are funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the State of California, California State University, Fullerton and other local institutions.

Here’s what we do at the SBDC Finance Center:

The SBDC Finance Center was established to act as an intermediary between your business and our funding partners. Our SBDC Consultants assist our clients through the loan packaging process, then help assess which lending institution may be the best fit for their needs – at no cost. Through our network of 100+ financial institutions, our consultants work directly with underwriters to get you a quicker decision on your loan.

A little about how it works:

The Finance Center works with commercial and alternative lenders, community banks, public programs and other organizations. We have great relationships with  SBA lenders, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI), non-profits, State Guaranteed Lenders and can even help you explore county and city loan programs. The goal is to help find you the best lending option for your needs!

Even if you were declined a loan previously…

Even if you have tried to obtain a loan but were declined, we’ll walk through your loan documentation, your needs, and your situation to review why you may have been denied. Best of all, we can help provide you with other alternatives for your financing needs or work with you to develop strategies outside of funding that can help. Since we work with many lending institutions all with their own sets of requirements, we can help you explore options that might be a better fit for your business. Our SBDC Consultants will walk through options with you step-by-step.
