After years on Wall Street, Sarah Maninang and her husband, Rey, decided to leave behind the corporate world and pursue their dream of owning a small business. Already proud owners of a Gelatissimo franchise on Balboa Island in Newport Beach, the couple recently expanded to open a second location in Irvine. “We felt like it was the best choice we ever made!” Sarah shared. “We’re proud of how quickly we built the stores and are ready to serve our customers.”
