From Overwhelmed to Operationally Leveraged

Where did your week actually go?

If you often end your day feeling pulled in multiple directions, putting out fires but still unsure what you actually accomplished, this session is for you. Many small business owners spend their time on tasks that don’t truly require them, while the strategic work keeps getting pushed aside.

AI can change that, but not in the way most people expect.

This webinar isn’t about chasing tools or trends. It’s about gaining clarity in your business and making intentional decisions about what stays with you, what can be delegated, what AI can support, and what can be eliminated altogether.

Designed for AI-curious solopreneurs and small business owners, this session focuses on the foundational skill behind effective automation: knowing what to delegate in the first place.

After joining this session, you’ll walk away with:

  • A clear, personal map of where your time goes.
  • A guiding framework to prioritize and streamline your work.
  • Hands-on experience using AI as a thinking partner.
  • A complete participant toolkit and a reusable AI prompt template you can keep using long after the session.

This session is for you if:

  • You’re a solopreneur or small business owner running most of the work yourself.
  • You’ve heard about AI but haven’t known where to actually begin.
  • You feel stuck between operational firefighting and the strategic work you want to be doing.
  • You want to work on your business, not just in it.

No technical experience required. If you can use a web browser, you can do everything in this session.

Only live attendees will receive a copy of the recording and slide deck after the webinar.
