“Take a walk in your customer’s shoes” is not just a phrase; it is a necessary process that positively impacts your business if done the right way. If you are wondering how to get into your customer’s minds, the most effective way to do so is through customer journey mapping.
In this two week class you will learn:
How to break down your ultimate buyer to target them effectively
Uncover areas of improvement through their eyes no yours leading to more sales
At the end of the two weeks, you will walk away with your own personalized customer journey map and specific action items you can take to increase sales
*This is limited to 15 businesses on a first-come, first-serve.
**Must be a client of the SBDC or become a client.
***There will be a vetting process to confirm eligibility requirements
Must be in business for 12 months
Must be generating revenue in excess of $4k a month
****Must commit to attending both sessions and a one-on-one session in between the series.
