Main Street Digital

Main Street Digital is a six-part series designed to expand your knowledge with hands on instruction to increase your digital marketing presence. At the completion of the program, eligible participants may apply for a County of Riverside Grant.

Six two-hour workshops. Cohort program — must attend all sessions!

Session 1 — Tuesday, June 6 | 3-5 p.m.

In session one of this series, participants will learn the critical components and standards for a great online presence. We will discuss Google Analytics and how to leverage insights to grow your business and go over case studies of businesses with a successful online presence.

Session 2 — Tuesday, June 13 | 3-5 p.m.

During this session, we will discuss setting up and optimizing Google Business and your website for lead generation. We’ll show you how to utilize great reputation strategies, positioning your customers to drive a strong online reputation, and how to analyze competitors online, identifying opportunities to maximize your strengths and shore up your weaknesses. Don’t miss out! Optimize your website with the right keyword strategy!

Session 3 — Tuesday, June 20 | 3-5 p.m.

Join us for this third session and learn how to identify the strongest social media platforms for your business. We will also discuss how to personalize automated social media messages to your potential customers, as well as social media tips to increase discovery of your business.

Session 4 — Tuesday, June 27 | 3-5 p.m.

In session four of this series, discover how to grow and leverage your business reputation. Follow along as you learn how to turn bad reviews into positive interactions for your business and how to choose the right review sites for your business.

Session 5 — Tuesday, July 11 | 3-5 p.m.

During this session, we will cover how to tie it all together into a comprehensive market strategy and develop a buyer persona for VIP customers. Leave this workshop with the ability to create an overall content plan for your business.

Session 6- Tuesday, July 18 | 3-5 p.m.

Join us in this final session to learn about financial literacy by AmPac and how to get access to capital for your business.
