It has been said that the marketing mix, or the 4 P’s of marketing: Product, Price, Promotion and Place, were important to a business’s success. 

But, a recent blog by Aaron Young, CEO of Laughlin Associates talked about a new set of P’s; the 5 P’s of Long Term Prosperity: Purpose, Preparation, Protection, Passion and Profits, that were equally part of a business’s success.
